1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal and to arrange a return, the customer can send a written complaint by e-mail to info@kvkdeco.be.
The request will be forwarded immediately to Customer Services.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer entails the obligation to return the products whose order has been cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The return costs are at the customer's expense.
The Customer will be reimbursed, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, for the amount of the item(s) returned, provided that KVK Déco has received the product(s) in perfect condition, in its (their) original packaging and with all its (their) accessories.
Products made to measure or specially ordered cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

2. COMPLIANCE AND WARRANTY
The contractor guarantees that the goods and/or services comply with the contract, the specifications mentioned in the offer, reasonable quality and/or utility requirements, as well as the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force at the time the contract is concluded.
A guarantee scheme offered by the contractor, manufacturer or importer is without prejudice to the rights and claims which the consumer may have against the contractor for failure to perform the contractor's obligations under the law and/or the distance contract.
